You may only create one Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
As part of our regulatory compliance and security measures, we require all users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You must submit clear copies of your Indonesian identification card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued ID, along with proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. rem101 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during regular banking hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB) for major banks. Off-hours deposits or deposits via secondary banks may take up to 24 hours to process. We do not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees.
We reserve the right to refuse any deposit if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities or use rem101 for money laundering purposes. We comply with Indonesian anti-money laundering regulations and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any active bonus wagering requirements, and a minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the Indonesian bank account registered in your name during account verification. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to e-wallets at this time.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1-24 hours during business hours. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts may require additional security verification and take longer to process. We do not charge fees for standard bank transfer withdrawals. However, your receiving bank may impose incoming wire fees. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, intermediary bank charges, or other third-party fees associated with receiving withdrawn funds.
We reserve the right to limit withdrawal amounts, frequencies, or methods at our discretion for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance reasons. In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations, we may suspend withdrawals pending investigation. If a withdrawal is reversed due to fraud or chargeback, we will deduct the amount from your Account and may close your Account.

Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within a specified timeframe (commonly 30 days). Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may not contribute at all. In cases of void matches, postponed events, or abandoned fixtures, bets will be settled according to our published sports betting rules.

Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly. Technical malfunctions, software errors, or disconnections during gameplay will be handled according to the game provider's malfunction policy, which generally voids affected bets and returns stakes. We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party payment processor failures, bank delays, internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
All content on rem101 including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game interfaces is the property of rem101 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our platform without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, breach of responsible gaming policies, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If your Account is closed due to terms violations or fraud, all funds may be forfeited. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with zero balance may be automatically closed after 12 months of inactivity.
